LET IT BE KNOWN that on ______, in exchange for payment of $______, receipt of which is hereby confirmed in full, the undersigned ______, residing at ______ (the "Seller") does hereby sell and convey to ______, residing at ______ (the "Buyer"), the trailer described as follows:

This transaction is governed by the following terms and representations:

The Seller confirms receipt of the stated amount as complete payment for the Trailer from the Buyer, and agrees that ownership shall transfer within five (5) days of the date this document is signed.

The Seller represents and warrants that the Seller holds clear and marketable title to the described property, possesses full authority to complete this sale, and that the property is conveyed free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, obligations, and adverse claims of any kind.

The Seller is not aware of any concealed defects in the Trailer and, to the best of the Seller's knowledge, the Trailer is in satisfactory working order at the time of sale. The Trailer is otherwise sold on an "as is" basis at its present location.
