By appointment, 7 days a week — same-day slots are often open on Saturdays and Sundays too.

A copy compared with the physical original and certified by the notary. The receiving body decides whether to accept it.
For example: A passport or transcript copied and certified when the relevant checklist asks for it.

A recommended consent letter for a child travelling without every person who has decision-making responsibility; it is not legally required in Canada.
