Most notarial services are $24.95 per seal plus HST. Wills and powers of attorney use a separate $115 per-document estate package. Mobile visits add a flat $60 travel fee once per trip. If more than one person is signing, an additional signer fee also applies.
Yes, all services are by appointment. We are open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, so same-day slots are often available on Saturdays and Sundays too — book online or call us.
Yes. Affidavits and statutory declarations can be done remotely over a secure video appointment under Ontario law. Some documents must still be signed in person.
Government-issued photo ID and the completed but unsigned document. You can pay by cash, card, or e-Transfer.
Yes. We serve clients in both English and Vietnamese, so you can handle your documents in the language you are most comfortable with.
