Terms of sale
The Seller owns the Equipment, has the right to sell it, and sells it free of any lien, charge or claim.
To the best of the Seller's knowledge, the details above are accurate.
The Equipment is sold as is, where is. The Buyer has had the chance to inspect it and accepts its present condition.
The Seller gives the Buyer the keys, any manuals and service records and, if the Equipment is plated, the vehicle portion of the permit with the transfer signed.
We, the Seller and the Buyer, solemnly declare that the contents of this document are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, and we make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath.
