Terms of sale
The Seller owns the Horse, has the right to sell it, and sells it free of any lien, charge or claim.
To the best of the Seller's knowledge, the details above are accurate.
The Horse is sold as is. The Buyer has had the chance to have it examined by a veterinarian of the Buyer's choice and accepts its present condition, health and soundness.
The Seller gives the Buyer any registration papers, the items listed above, and any signed transfer form the Horse's breed registry requires.
We, the Seller and the Buyer, solemnly declare that the contents of this document are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, and we make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing it to be true and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath.
