The Vendor is not aware of any concealed defects affecting the watercraft and believes, to the best of their knowledge, that it is in functional operating condition. The watercraft is otherwise sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis at its current location.
I/We solemnly declare that the contents of this document are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.
